Share resources, research, learning events or creative work with others.
Before you submit
1. Check permission, consent and Hub Guidelines
- Share only material you have permission for
- Ensure it follows the Hub’s principles: feminist, inclusive, rights-based, survivor centred, and Pacific-led
- Get consent from any individuals and communities featured
- Respect safety, dignity and cultural context
2. Support open sharing with a Creative Commons licence
The Hub is built to support sharing and learning across the Pacific. By submitting, your content will be available for others to use, share and adapt.
We strongly encourage you to apply a Creative Commons (CC) licence to clearly set how your work can be used.
A typical licence allows others to:
- Share — copy and redistribute your work
- Adapt — remix or build on your work
Creative Commons licences are free, widely recognised, and ensure your work can be shared ethically and with proper credit.
If you don’t apply a licence, your content may still be accessed and shared, but how it can be used may be unclear — increasing the risk of misuse or lack of attribution.
External links
If you are sharing a link to content hosted on another platform (e.g. YouTube, Facebook), you do not need to apply a Creative Commons licence. These materials remain subject to the licensing and terms of the original platform.
However, we encourage you to check the copyright and permissions of any content before sharing links, to ensure it can be shared appropriately.
3. Submit your material
All submissions are reviewed to ensure they align with the Hub’s guiding principles. The team may contact you if further information is needed before publishing.
